So as the picture in this group has a bar showing I can only add the fact I’m making my second batch of vintage cider from scratch using free apples. I did a first batch last year with an interesting learning curve and prior to that I did three easy peesy kits which were fun but no where near as satisfying as fallen apples from fresh.

I brewed my own beer for years, very satisfying. I did a batch once that I named “retour de France” - that was so strong it made you cycle backwards…

Noooooo, he’s less tall than me. Not by much but an important difference. I’m probably thicker than him though
