That seems to be normal with NHS these days. Enjoy the new bike. Maybe we could get together in the dales for a catchup in late August or early September? Might even be able to get a few others to join in.

I’m back from holiday on the 14th August, after that date would be good for me.
I’m available from the 14th onward too. The Dales is 150 miles from me so I’d be booking a place to stay for a night or two nearby and turn it into a mini holiday.
Wouldn’t want to book until near the date though when I knew what the weather was doing. Don’t want to splash out on probably expensive accommodation if the weather is going to be awful. (Of course, being August accommodation options may be limited.)

So it looks like we could get this on. I’ll stick this date out for starter. The weekend of the 22nd and 23rd August. I’m up for an overnight stop on the Saturday as well.
Could meet and do a ride out on the Saturday and then make our way home on the Sunday.
What do you guys think.
Edit: could meet at Yondermans for breakfast.

I’m not against an overnighter, don’t know what the availability of accommodation would be like for a Saturday in August though. (I’ve always avoided weekends and July/August as they seem to be busy times full of working people or people with kids )
As Alan knows the area well he might be able to point us to some accommodation?

I have a one mouse tent. 
If the suggestion was serious, I wouldn’t object to camping for a night, and I do have a small tent for myself.

I’ve had a quick look and there looks like some availability for the 22nd. I guess we need to confirm definite numbers and then get either the bunkhouse or an alternative location booked.

It looks like we have a few takers.
So five of us at the moment. I would prefer the hostel to camping. I will check out if the bunkhouse has the availability and let you guys know next steps.
