Picked up my 2024 Scrambler 400X from Youles today after them having it for a week.
I have had ongoing engine light issues really since I got the bike but nothing major. Then while touring in Scotland at the beginning of June it wouldn’t start after stopping for a brew. TC, ABS and Immobiliser lights on, and service spanner flashing. Pressing the starter button did nothing. Eventually we got it to fire and it ran absolutely fine but still with all the lights on. This was two days after the warranty expired 
Called Youles when I got home, took it to them and they reinstalled software due to a fault between immobiliser and the clocks. All was good until next day when the same issue arise but to a lesser degree. Called Youles and the spoke to Triumph who agreed to supply a new lock set under warranty.
We are quick to slag dealers off so it’s only right we shout when someone does a good job!
