Similarly poor service when I bought my Striple from a Triumph main dealer. Brilliant until they had the money…went to a different main dealer for the first service as both are about 55 miles from our house and again a poor service.
I use Triumph Tech for all of my Striple servicing now, Lee is fantastic and far cheaper than the main dealer. Win - win.
