There’s still some work to do to fix the email problem and the site will be rebuilt later for other update to be pulled in. Expect some outages after 11pm GMT.
Additionally, there’s been a small change to the feature that allows users to flag content that seems inappropriate or illegal. This is now available to new and anonymous members as well.
