Ernst Jakob Henne was still at it in 1932. He took the motorcycle speed record back from Joseph S Wright by just 1.12 mph (1.8 kph) when his supercharged BMW WR 750 was clocked at 151.86 mph (244.40 kph) in Tát, Hungary.
