30 Years of Speed Triples

Has it really been that long? For the fans and anyone living close enough to Hinckley, Triumph are putting on a special event to celebrate.

Apparently they didn’t sell all the orange ones.

Great looking bikes. I’m still in love with my 19 year old one.

“Apparently they didn’t sell all the orange ones.”

We few, we happy few, we band of brothers …

I’ve got mine!

In fact, I’ve got two - the black one’s a US import and modified with a Lucas top yoke and tubular handlebars conversion.

Strange to think that, even at 30 years old, they still have a brutally handsome ‘animal magnetism’ in their looks and character that doesn’t really age.

Love 'em.

And they celebrated its 21st with the '94 & '94R “specials”

Has to have round headlights to be a proper Speedy IMO (unbiased of course )

Nice sum-up - apart from the oaf who bought one as an
“investment”. These bikes are meant to be ridden!
