Dry weather for a change, so I got a last minute B&B in West Tarbert and had a weekend riding around the Kintyre peninsula A83 down to Campbeltown, B842 back up. All on smooth, well maintained roads (remember those?) with no potholes, no cycle lanes, no 20mph speed limits… pure bliss!
