Hi all, question.I have fitted a Nissin 3 pot caliper to my 2018 Street twin and changed the master cylinder from 11mm to a 14mm.Now it seems to me that the ABS activates earlier now ? Would that be because of the added pressure that the larger master cylinder is giving to the system ? When i say activates earlier its not emergency braking but good hard pressure from reasonable speed.
The ABS doesn’t activate with pressure but analyzing a difference of speed between front and rear wheel, or quick wheel stop.
Logically the only impact I could see is you now can block the front wheel easier with the increased MC and caliper.
