Hello all,
I require a new battery on the Speed Twin (2024) so I thought i would ask if anyone has any recommendations for a replacement.
Do most people go with the same YUASA YTZ10S or has anyone gone with different brands?
Has anyone tried a lithium? if so, what one? and where is a good place to buy from in the UK?

Between Classic and Lithium you’ll have in the middle AGM batteries.
On my 1050 I’ve chosen an AGM for an improved CCA (the 1050 is a bit lazy on the start button). I’ve bought a MOTOBATT battery, and it improved starting, and keeps a better charge while not used.
If your motorcycle works well with a standard battery, I personally won’t pay more.

The YUASA YTZ10S is AGM, I didn’t think liquid electrolyte batteries were used any more?
You’re probably right. I still had an old battery non AGM, but the bike is from 2005.
