Sad to hear of any death. But travel at those sort of speeds is just asking for trouble. I guess the lad who survived will never forget the day he lost his mate.

10 months in chokey when he wasn’t involved in the crash itself and he lost his best friend? A DDA and 12 months ban would have been enough. Wonder what he’d got if he had friends in high places or was called Prince Andrew?
Just checked, the bloke who was so pissed he blew 100+ and was driving on the wrong side of the road and smashed into a biker got a suspended sentence, 
the law is indeed an ass
