For anyone thinking of getting a tracker the Monimoto 7 is great value at the moment

Is it really great value? Most things are cheaper three months before Black Friday as that’s when the prices creep up then claim to be a bargain
I think so, but that’s just my opinion 
To put in into some context my original Monimoto that I bought in June 2018 was £147, £32 of that for the 12 months SIM subscription. The Monimoto 7 I’ve just bought was £89 inc 2 months SIM subs so is cheaper than the one I bought 6 years ago.
Now, if you look at something like the Datatool stealth tracker that I had fitted free on my 2020 GS in 2021 once my initial 12 months free subs were up they wanted £109 just for the 12 months subscription, that’s without the cost of the tracker or fitting so I think it’s good value if you want a basic tracker. The Datatool tracker I had was rubbish and triggered a number of false alarms in the small hours resulting in me being woken up by the call centre. They gave me some excuse that it was something to do with the satellite, yet my Monimoto which is on my car is in the same garage and has never played up once in the 6 years I’ve had it.
