Been busy few days down the shed, But i finally have the Chigee AIO-5 Lite - Smart Riding System, mounted and operational on my 2019 Tiger Sport.
Basically this system gives me Android Auto, Digital Speedo, TPMS and Dash Cam with Blind Spot warning all in one unit.
Detailed description can be found here.
AIO-5 Lite Motorcycle Smart Riding System
Firstly I had to remove my custom Garmin XT GPS and modify the mount to suit the Chigee crossbar mount. Which is an optional accessory.
After running the cables for the Front and Rear cameras, and GPS antenna, it was just a matter of running the power cable from the battery and the switch wire, which I’ve connected to the heated grips fuse temporarily. I’ll probably connect it to the Healtech Thunder Box, once I’ve completed the set up and testing.
Home screen - after I’d paired the TPMS
Information screen - ignore the anti static strip which Ive left there till I learn the button functions
Android Auto screen, showing Google Maps.
A few of pics from the dashcam from my test ride
Some raw video from the dashcam, Youtube seems to down grade it a bit.
Set up that I have atm cost me $1450 aud, but I bought several accessories (screen protector, silicone protector, Crossbar mount, Remote control & TPMS ) That’s a bit of coin, but considering my Garmin XT cost me around $1000 when I bought it years ago, Id say its good value. Build quality is very good, they’ve even thought about vibration and placed the unit mount on silcone/rubber pads. Customer support and the instructions are also good. Very happy with my Purchase.
