Engine management light on 2012 Thruxton

Good Afternoon.

I have a 2012 Thruxton & until yesterday ran faultless. Whilst out on her yesterday up popped the EML. The bike still run fine, but hasn`t reset itself with 3 cold/hot starts which is the limit of my knowledge on such things. Are these plug in OBD scanners on ebay any good & if so, which one would you recommend please? I know someone who can use it, I just need pointing in the right direction.

If you want to give it a try by yourself, the app Tuneecu is probably the best solution.

Check on their site:

Depending the models and years the ODB plug could change, stick on Tuneecu recommandations.

Have it for my ST1050 2005 and it’s working really well.
