You and I have shopped a few times when doing the catering on organised bike trips and i’ve been very near tearing my hair out at times. I would have torn your hair out but you haven’t furkin got any have you ?

Yeah it’s diabolical. I buy the 5kg packs from the asian section of the local morrisons, works out much cheaper. We also have several asian/indian supermarkets around this area where it’s good value.

Yes thanks. I’m driving the car now, still got a couple of weeks before I can get out on the bike.
Still got some tenderness in the guts but the swelling has practically gone.
Just hoping the ascites I had in September doesn’t come back.
