Hairy-legged fellas advice please…

I’m going to a Scottish party pretty soon… any advice regarding who to rent kilt from please? There is a small amount of Scottish heritage in me blood, but I’m probably gonna go Blackwatch anyway… but I don’t know good rental companies, so anyone any experience?

Be very careful when sitting down.
My mate and I went to a wedding in Coatbridge and hired kilts. We got dressed for the wedding and my mate’s wife was kneeling on the floor wrapping a present when I sat on the chair. Being a bloke unused to wearing such apparel, I sat with my legs apart right in her eyeliner. My how she screamed :grinning:
Not sure if it’s related but she and my mate split up shortly after!

I thought this was going to be a porridge related thread. I’m disappointed .

Spelling does indeed make a difference. For the benefit of the unenlightened, the people and the language are Scots, and the adjective is Scottish. Scott is some people’s surname, and, as you say, a brand of porridge. So there…

Where would you be staying? Plenty of smaller companies in bigger towns, Moss Bros was always an obvious choice in Glasgow or Edinburgh…

Pitlochry… we have gone a few times as our own Christmas sesh

I quite like Pitlochry… can’t be of help, unfortunately…

Sorry, no experience of rental there, but there should be a few places, including in Perth on the way up…
