I’m hoping to get back in the saddle soon on a Triumph of course. I’ve had bikes all my life but it’s been a few years since I had to stop motorcycles due to a bit of a problem with the old ticker, it was all very dramatic, or a least so I’m told, apparently caused by some rare electrical problem. It seems my heart is wired like an old Italian bike. They gave me my licence back a good while ago and I’ve not had any reoccurrence of the problem so I’m thinking that I might be feeling confident enough to get another bike, hopefully around Easter and on a new Bonniville.
Welcome to the forum and a return to motorcycling
Welcome. An Easter Egg with a Bonneville in it. How great is that
Hi and welcome, hope you enjoy your return to motorcycling!
Welcome …
… back to the wonderful world of biking
… presently on the best forum out there, and
… forward to the future prospect of a nice Easter egg of a Bonnie!
Stay safe!
Welcome, glad your heart wiring is back in sync.
You could always tell us about your past bikes while we wait to see the new one.
Welcome in fella, just curious… but Wolf Parkinson White, or summat weirder?
Glad to have you along, and even more to hear you’re getting back out in the correct number of wheels!
Any problems or questions just shout and someone will help. Not sure we have too many heart specialists but your Bonneville will be in good hands.
Welcome to the forum, a bonnie is the perfect way to enjoy the countryside…
Welcome to the forum Dicky no-longer-in-the-ticky
Thanks… will do … it just needs a thump with a spanner and some jump leads sometimes
Weirder and rare I’m told… immune system attacks yr heart and effs up the electrics and stops it.
Bugger, a bit like MS for the cardiac conductive pathway all kinds of weirdness from that kinda disruption. I’m glad for you that it’s letting you alone atm! Ride on Dude!
Welcome, have you tried shouting at it?
Hi OFB and welcome in
Welcome to the forum
Let us know when you get the Bonnie
Welcome @OFB
I suppose you have tried switching it off and on again
Top tip Dawsy
Yep I did that, left it off for 15 mins+ before reboot.
WOW - you need to get something faster and bigger than a Bonnie as you clearly have a desire to live dangerously close to the edge …
Seriously - be careful and stay well!
