Less than 1% of traffic is motorcycles. I think the government would be quite happy to see that reduced to 0%.

Much as I love motorcycles, with our climate, people’s attitudes to risk and an ageing population, you’re never going to get the UK general public on two wheels.
And at 1% of traffic, we just don’t matter to government chumps!
