Ceramic coating aficionados look away now ![]()
Yeah that’s a video I like. I’m a user of waxoyl and lanoguard and bilt hamber anyway on vehicles so it was a fascinating watch.
Thanks for posting. I saw it was coming a couple of months back but had forgotten.
Just watched the whole video. The XCP Clear Coat seemed to take top honours among the recommendations.
Working out a cleaning regime and products to use is quite involved. I got stuck in to it for cars a couple of years ago. I also use the Bilt Hamber. My last car was (almost) new and I had it ceramic coated. I’m not sure just how much differnece it made so a full comparative test would be interesting, if Bennetts do one.
Now I’m thinking about it for the MV. Bring on the warm weather, there’s cleaning to be done! ![]()
In my day, lard was all we had. Had to use it on’t bike and jacket.
If that ran out we moved onto chip fat.
Them were the days lad I tell thee….
Chip fat? Luxury…
leather jacket you were spoilt middle of winter had to make do with a wooly jumper![]()
I bet you smelled lovely ![]()
They make a good point towards the end… the salt issues I had with my last bike was on the aluminium engine and it’s coating, not the steel parts… so next test please!
