Agreed: it’s really beautiful. Have you got any pix of the handlebar/instruments arrangement? What petrol tank is that?

Got some of his other pics, and he sent this commentary…

(sorry, got the tank photo order wrong)

Petrol tank is off a Royal Enfield Bullet EFI.
I altered the shape of the tunnel to fit over the horizontal frame tubes .
Put in a front mounting tube into the headstock gusset plates to use the standard Enfield mounting
And removed the rear mounting from the original turtle tank and made it fit into the tunnel of the new tank.
Fuel tap stubs are from the guzzi tank aswell.
Handlebars are triumph western style fitted to U.S. models. Speedometer is a Smiths replica from Hitchcocks, which has a very similar ratio to the guzzi veglia speedo drive off the front wheel. Sitting on a homemade alloy bracket attached to the top of the right hand fork.
Switch gear is a jap throttle with kill/start buttons, not sure from what bike
Left side is a wipac Ducon Switch for dip/main and horn.
Oh, the front brake mastercylinder is a Brembo item off an Italian dirt bike.
A 5 quid autojumble find.

Beautifully done. Did he do anything to the engine and transmission?

Just a solid service and clean up

neat job. Can he legally ride in UK with those exhaust tubes?

No, he can’t, although there are very few police on the roads nowadays, so he’d probably get away with it. The noise would be very tiring when riding, though.

The standard V50 silencers make a very pleasant sound and look good as well, but probably wouldn’t suit the style he was aiming at.
