Motorcycle Live 2024

It’s back and a bit different this year, apparently.

One day tickets are £23. I think that’s the same as last year.

I might just be tempted to go as I’ve not been for a few years now and it’d be good to meet up with a few off here, like some of us used to do when TTF was it it’s pomp.

Great propaganda

Lets hope that the food and beverage live up to expectations as the vid certainly biggs it up.
Maybe the NEC have upped their game and removed all of the overpriced poor quality food and beer?

I haven’t bought tickets yet but I think we’ll be going again this year. I prefer to go on a weekday to avoid the bigger crowds but no decision yet on which day.

Anyone else in?

More about we’ll find at Motorcycle Live 2024.

It looks like the only day we’re able to make it is opening day, Saturday16th November. Anyone else planning a visit that day?

We’re off to the show tomorrow. Anyone else going to be there from this parish?

Not me. Maybe Thursday…!!

Any gossip from the adventure?

Nothing, sadly. Rachel was unwell so we had to abandon our trip yesterday. Not sure if we’ll get a chance to go now. :frowning:

Sorry to hear Rachel is poorly. Hope she recovers quickly, and you get the chance to get to the show.

Well I had thought about getting up early and going today but as it’s is blowing a hoolie , I’ve got back into bed . It’s wild out there…!

Hope you got on ok Helmut. The Bad weather will have dented attendance figures for sure.

May go to this one next year, make it a weekend away…

We got through it unscathed, although my bank balance didn’t  It was very busy on Saturday, we arrived early and got in at opening time and stayed til about 1530. It had started to thin out in the last hour we were there but plenty to see and do, notwithstanding it is way smaller with fewer stands and bargains than there used to be. As long as you take it for what it is then it’s still worth going to, we generally go every other year or maybe 3 unless there is something specific to see or get :sunglasses:
