I worked for a U.S. company in the 90s, they were all over the “dress down friday” and “bring your dog to work day”…Until my Jack Russel Reuben started guarding my office and especially my desk and my Lurcher Flynn caught a rabbit in the field next door and fetched it through the reception screaming its head off :joy:

I haven’t got a dog. Do I get the day off?

I’m not sure which county does it which way but I really can’t see how one is supposed to spread the jam onto the cream if it’s done that way round. Spreading jam onto the scone first then pilling the cream on is much, much easier.

No, go get a dog!

Absolutely, proper job!
Speaking of which, a nice ale to wash it down with. :grinning: :beers:

I have a cat. That’s bad enough.

Only 1 cat ? You need at least 4.

Every time I have two, one of them runs away. Another is on the way soon…

I have a cat and a dog, and as I’m home office for nearly 20 years, for them it’s “bring your human at work everyday”.

Tea and cream day, that’s so british. Really exotic for us.
