Just treated myself 2016 Street Twin for my 80th birthday. Returned to riding in 2012 mainly restoring classic bikes, such as BSA Triumph bikes from the 50’s and 60’s. Now after 6 or more resto’s I’ve decided to reduce my portfolio to two bikes, one classic and one press and ride. The classic I’m keeping is a 1955 BSA Shooting Star, which I’ve had since 2013 and the ST900 is the press and ride. I also have a 1962 BSA A10 Road Rocket Replica, which is currently up for sale, but the classic market is very slow and may be some time before it goes. Look forward to to the ST and reading your stories.
Hi and welcome…
Welcome in dude, there is a sales section here somewhere you can advertise in… more people read the forum than post, so you may hook up.
Look forward to reading your posts! ![]()
Welcome to the forum, Terry. A Street Twin and a real classic make a sensible combination. I (77) have a 2019 Street Twin and a couple of classics, so we’re thinking alike.!
Welcome, bienvenue,
Buying a bike for your 80th birthday is the most positive thing I’ve red for a while!
