I’ve been having problems with the 322gw Nextbase dashcam in SWMBO’s car. Once the sd card was full it then stopped transferring the files to the sd card even though it said it was still recording. Anyhoo after much messing about including buying a new Nextbased sd card which made no difference they finally said it was FUBAR’d and to send it back to where I bought it from. A quick chat with Amazon and I’ve now got the return details to send it back for a full refund. As it’s nearly 12 months old (but looks like it was doing this from day 1 which I only found out about when I went to download some footage of 2 w*nkers racing in a 30 limit) I thought that was good custmer service from Amazon.
Trouble is SWMBO is off to her mother’s in Kernow on Friday so I needed a replacement PDQ.
