Warm, bright and actually dry today, so went for a wee run over the moors this afternoon in the remote area between Moniaive and Corsock. It’s another road where you wouldn’t want to break down, but there’s something special about the atmosphere of these quiet moorland places that appeals to me. Stopped for a sandwich near Loch Urr, and headed home by a network of back roads, navigating more by sense of direction than anything else.
