I have alway worried about using my leather panniers for touring as they are fixed to the bike and completely insecure. I have just found and bought these which means you can load them up and take everything out easily at your destination, leaving just the empty panniers. They do them for many different types and models.
You clever people probably already knew this but thought it was worthwhile putting it out there.
Once they arrive I will let you know how they are

Yes I do, and they work great too. Waterproof and replaceable. £0.50 a bag, fit almost exactly. Can I ask how much? Nevermind clicked the link. Good deal.
