I’ve had a quick read through the full MCIA proposal and it makes a lot more sense then the current complicated and, arguably, ineffective system.
We’ve been talking on the forum recently about the average age of motorcyclists currently and how we want to see younger riders coming through. These changes are trying to address the disincentives in the current licence process so I’m for them at this point.

Not read the article, but any simplification of gaining a bike licence has to be welcomed
