I got these today. As I wanted someting easy to slip on for those quick trips where I don’t want to put on heavy boots. Waterproof (claimed, not tested by me) and D3O protection.
They look comfortable. Let us know how you get on with them.
I had a good walk round in the shop, sat on a bike with them and I should think they are. Much easier to walk around in than the big old boots I’ve got.
I like those, too. But I wanted something easy to slip on, and comfy “off the bike”, and still have protection.
They look similar to my Dainese ones and they’ve proven to be really comfortable and far more durable than they look .
Like these?..
And I can vouch for them living up to their claim of being waterproof (surprisingly).
Last year a very wet ride from Riva to Baveno (on mostly motorway) and my feet stayed dry, nothing else did! The day we decided the Halvarssons “had seen best” and we needed new textiles.

I’m happy to report they’re very comfortable. Put them on this morning, had a ride (), very nice. Pleasant to walk in, easy shifting gear and breaking. Still wearing them, to supple them up as it were. Happy!
I got these Merlin Sierra D30 Vibram WP boot, as with yours very easy to get on and off with the quick release and comfy all day
Love Merlin gear.
I still like them when it’s dry, but waterproof they are not…
Nothing is really waterproof in long raining conditions.
I have had my Daytona gortex boots for a few years now and they are still keeping the water out. They are definitely waterproof even riding in long periods of rain. These with the Rukka textiles I have have kept me totally dry
Bought Alpinestar Goretex shoes, a bit similar to Wim’s Richa. But we didn’t saw a single drop of rain so far.
