So, what’s the consensus on sprint races being introduced in MotoGP?
I hate it in F1 but will it work any better in MotoGP? A MotoGP race is pretty short anyway, so hard to see the point.
It works in World Superbikes too. Will make Saturday afternoons more exciting on race days I guess.

Isn’t superbikes just two normal races per weekend?
Are Superbikes still doing a race for the grid positions and two races on Sunday? I haven’t watched it for a while.
I don’t like the F1 sprint races, either. It may work better with the bikes. We shall see, apparently.
Not necessary in my view. I just hope that they can keep enough riders fit for the season…… Twice the races equals twice the risks. There’s been a lot of injuries this season already. Add in more races and it’s going to change tactics for the race results. I’m not a fan.
I think I must be getting old. I used to watch MotoGP, world super bikes and BSB, this season I have not watched any. Can’t really put my finger on why, I guess I have found other things to take my time.
