I don’t know: when I lived in England years ago, I don’t remember anyone taking much notice of St George’s Day, any more than people do for St Andrew’s Day here in Scotland. I’m not qualified to comment on St David’s Day or St Patrick’s Day, but I suspect that the latter will be more of a thing in New York and Boston than in Belfast, Dublin or Cork, although I stand to be corrected on that.
