I don’t think there’s a dedicated plug on the bike. If you don’t mind splicing in to the loom it’s generally the yellow wire running through the harness that’s switched. The easier (though not free) solution is, as @Hubaxe suggested, A Healtech Thunderbox. Easy to fit, and provides you with up to 5 connections.

Sorry can’t give an answer, but thought there might be a socket somewhere for the use of factory options like heated grips or din socket which are usually ignition controlled.
Anyway.

Apparently Street Twins have a usb socket somewhere under the seat, but I’ve never looked for mine.
