Just to add a little more context for the survey (which only takes a few minutes to complete and you don’t have to provide names, addresses etc.)
“We see different definitions of what a historic motorcycle is in rules and regulations for (for example) periodical technical inspections and for emission zones. FEMA wants to know how you feel about this subject.”
