The Triumph Assistance

Just wondering is this the way Triumph and the RAC Operate. Has anyone had to use Triumph assist. Twenty-four hours i have now waited to get my 660 picked up to return it to Bulldog as it has cutting out issues. Just now i have had a call from a company to say they will come late pm to pick it up. That will be forty-eight hours. Boy am i glad i am not sitting by the side of a road. Is it usually like this and if so why are Triumph using the RAC.

I don’t think it is a triumph issue Joe.
I have used the RAC a couple of times not through Triumph assist and they have been just as tardy in their response. Hopefully you get sorted without further issues. My bike is in the dealers tomorrow. I will be riding my bike there.

My mate had the same with his Kawasaki cover. Rang them on Monday and after many heated discussions the bike was picked up Thursday!

Wessa.
Yes that was my next action but working nights and it would be next week. However the bike has just been picked up and is on its way. Just when Andy at Bulldog said it was now prone to stalling and cutting out i got worried as it had already staled a few times which i put down to myself. I just parked the bike up and it has just sat there. I got the Honda out it rides good even though the rear brake is poor but the front is sharp and i really only ever use the front anyway. Joe
