I think it’s more the fact that Tarzan is British… 
Quite possible they’re not aware of that at Disney…

And a frenchie, unless you count Terry Scot in carry on up the jungle though I don’t think he was called Tarzan in that?
Not that I’m aware of but then I’m not a film buff.
I’m not an expert, but I don’t think that rear main seal has been fitted properly.
