Waiting for the road test. 
I had a ride with it this afternoon. Comfortable and windproof. Waist and cuffs adjustable, back is nice and long. Whether it’s waterproof I don’t know yet, but reports of other Rukka owners are favourable…

if it’s rukka it will be waterproof it should be for what they cost
