Riding in the rain doesnt bother me to much now. We had 3 weeks of it in March when we (foolishly) rode to costa del sol (rain). I enjoyed posting this ride and think of it as payback for the ones I have read here, from others over the past couple of years.

From a week to another things changed. The “Col du Galibier” was closed yesterday because of the snow.

No complaints from me, we had a brilliant time and met some great people. One of them lives in Switzerland and will be staying with us a couple of nights next year. A final thanks to Wim for sharing some excellent routes with us and Hubert chipping in with local advice, it really made a difference, cheers guys.
