He’s completely wrong, there were black centurions serving in the roman legions, some even served on Hadrians wall, there are tombs also noting legionaries were from Africa. Scipio Africanus led legions too. I do agree that this museum piece is probably P.C. nonsense.

Sorry to hear that shouldn’t be like that any time. Me i was never bullied. My Dad bless him had a philosophy and said you only ever have to fight the bully’s once. Win lose or what ever they won’t be back and it worked. I took on the role of defending my brothers that i found to be weaker than i right through my school and army career. I am not sorry for any of it either. I still to this day love to see a bully on his back with a bleeding nose.

Yes i see. Maybe with me i didn’t mind getting hammered as long as i took as many of the twat’s with me. Once took on the whole school bus for spitting on my Brother. I had a chain in my bag and jumped into action. Bobby McLaughlin was the driver. He jumped out of his seat and said young McDonald give me the chain which i did. He said get of the bus i thought i was for it for causing. But he smiled and said i will send them to you one by one. Not one of them ventured and they never spat on my Brother. Even their ring leader a ginger haired nut called Ramsey tried to befriend me after that. I told him straight i didn’t like him and we would never be friends as long as he stank up the space i was in. But i know and understand that everyone differs and it is not a nice thing to be afraid of ones safety. Only wish we had of been neighbours then. Happy Christmas.

I met a lady and wondered where was from because I couldn’t place her accent and her clothing looked like it was not from here. So I asked her where he was from. Apparently she came from Italy. I feel so shamed because apparently I must be a racist?

I think it’s likely she wishes none of this had happened. As the saying goes, with fame comes scrutiny. She’s been trousering money seemingly tax free from some interesting sources, as the only employee of this “charity”, which the Charity Commission is now taking an interest in. Let’s see how it pans out…

She wanted to reconnect to her “African heritage” apparently even though her parents were from the caribbean, ok, they may have ancestors who came from Africa originally but then we’re all from there originally.

Not universally popular on Google review, BTW. I think also their accounts have been filed late or not at all for a few years. I wouldn’t say they’d pass the sniff test.
