Yeah, one of the great mtb destinations… we set off from the ford at the bottom and went up the road to the quarry, then dropped back down on the bridleway, counter clockwise. A pleasant 6km wander… recommended for anyone!

After our grandson was picked up Mrs D and I had a walk on the sands of the Duddon Estuary. Lovely to get some fresh air
