Where are the leaves on the trees in summer?

The giraffes nibbled them all silly! :grinning:

Wasn’t in the garage today. I didn’t feel like getting the paint brushes out so me an the Admin Staff thought we’d go and have a sit down by the pond:

Blimey, frost on the seats! So I stood standing and took a picture instead.
I also saw this little whatsit thing:

No, I couldn’t see it either.
Had to get back before dark (I’m not allowed out after sunset) and caught the sun on the cliffs.

Home with a cup of tea and fish and chips. Sorted…well, at least I did something…over :sunglasses:

Wee frosty walk in grizzly-Grizedale (as Willy Woollard used to call it when the Lombard RAC rally used to roar through)

The portents were good, as the early morning skien flew west…

The low sun lit the walk up past Satterthwaite…

Can you see the heffalump?

Carron Crag…

More unusual wildlife…

We are very fortunate having places like that on our doorstep eh!
Whereabouts is the heffalump? Not seen that but haven’t been to Grizedale for a while.

On the walk up Scale Green (Grizedale West) towards Carron Crag. They put the bike trail to ride close by it (but the footpath was always the better ride)

Been there thousands of times but never noticed it! Cheers
