Ironically they weren’t big sellers and were heavily discounted then discontinued. Now go for big money
Forerunner of the present day V7: my 1979 Guzzi V50. Small, light, agile, and quite nippy. Sounds lovely too. My reserve bike for when bigger bikes get too heavy for me.
That’s a bike I could own.
My 89 full power vmax, few modifications, thunder ace wheels, supertrapps, X boost, wavey discs and black two pack paint. If you’ve never ridden one, you really need to.
My 40+ year love affair with Yamaha 2-strokes continues and my RD350LC still continues to provide many smiles to the mile.
My Kitchen Aid mixer. Cost over £300 about fifteen years ago, still on original tyres and not yet had first service but takes all the hard work out of kneading dough for making lovely home made bread. Good for other stuff too but fresh bread is my passion. It’s a real solid built machine too. Like Harleys, it does rattle but at least bits don’t fall off.
Not married then?
@PatW you have had some beautiful bikes!!!
Thanks, I’ve had 50+ bikes, lucky i lived through a bit of a golden age for motorcycling, wish i had pictures of them all.
So do I.
Yep. On my second. First wife not much of a cook and when she went back to work when the kids went to senior school I got home from work first so had to feed two ravenous sons. Had to learn to cook. Present wife can’t cook either so I still do the cooking.
Third time lucky?
I had one of those too, ex Hamm Yam racer i put back on the road, star bar colours blue/white.
Which reminds me, is James (Sprinter) aware of this forum?
