I own two albums by one of these artists, but not the album shown. Any guesses?

Wrong and wrong. Although I quite like Blind In Texas by W.A.S.P.
Hilarious and horrifying at the same time.
Mark Radcliffe recently mentioned on his 6 Music show an exhibition at Warrington Arts Centre of the worst album covers.
