Tiger 1200 GT Explorer

Well, having ridden both the 900 and 1200 I have opted for the latter. WHAT A BIKE! They had a REALLY tasty Easter offer on on a fully loaded 1200 GT Explorer, so I came home the owner of one. It’ll have black panniers and topbox, and the top crashbars yet to be fitted. A cradle for my sat nav will be fitted as well. I will take delivery in the next ten days or so. Happy camper! :grinning:

Nice one Wim, it’s always nice to seal the deal on the day, rather than have to wait. Enjoy your new Trumpet :+1:

Cheers - the deal came with free aluminium panniers, but I wanted black ones. So for a small fee I’m getting those.

Cheers mate!

Nice one, brilliant, enjoy.
More specifically why the 1200 and not the 900?

Just a bit more grunt and options, James. I felt straight at home on the 1200.

Explorer version too, so 30 litre tank will give great range.

150hp will also make it something of a beast!

Yep, nearly 600 km range, great! 150 bhp - I dropped two gears overtaking on the motorway and touched the ton :see_no_evil: it’s quick!

Lekker Wim!

After the last few months you really do deserve some good “kharma” back in your life - THAT is one hell of a dollop of good kharma!

Enjoy it to the full and be safe!
