Work or pleasure?
More running in miles on the TNT. I was hoping to have done loads this week but been layed up I’ll until today 
Lots of lanes including a ride over Woodland Fell where we used to MTB on a regular basis. Beautiful and very quiet 
Now chilling waiting to pick up grandson from school, first time he has been here for about three weeks

Today I’ve mostly been… eating cake to celebrate escaping the dentists chair in 1 piece, though I do need a new filling as I’ve split my tooth as expected. Can you guess what it was (the cake, not which tooth)?

Surprise birthday present! She just told me what days to take off.
Went to the Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums today and the
only ever place that genuinely made me speechless with its magnificence.
What a city.

If you are at the colosseum, you might what to take a look at this amazing church. Is is only a short walk away and it is truly amazing. We went on one of our trips in Rome and I was blown away.

Must have licked it too hard. And you need to be careful with those tongue piercings.
Yesterday went out on the tiger for few hours. Started early to beat the heat, which worked just fine. I stopped at a cafe in a local marina for a coffee.
And today I went out on the Thruxton. Started a bit later and it was bloody hot out there. So much so I stopped at the ice cream shop for a mint chocolate chip beauty.

Was out on the TNT again today, called for fuel at Coniston and there were about 25 Tridents, Rocket 3s and Hurricanes there 
Spoke to one guy on a Hurricane who said it was the owners club annual ride out. Didn’t seem keen to talk really
No photos as they were firing up to leave before I got my phone out unfortunately
