Back from 3 days in Belgium “Gentse Feesten” Music, food, beer everywhere.
A lot of walking, enough to miss my 1050
Gent is beautiful! Good memories of staying there…
Should be there next week. Unfortunately in a motor home as the family want to go to Glencoe and sky. Supposedly the home of McDonalds
Have a great time Joe. Hopefully the weather is kind
Have a great time brother. Geez, Glencoe AND Skye - geting me jealous!
@Dawsy & @Vulpes
Thanks peeps. Did the same route two three years ago and had a great time only a couple of rainy days in seven. But as i said this time we are in motor homes so lots of stopping and in my opinion not as scenic. But can’t get all the family on my bike even if i fitted a chair. But i am sure we will have a good time as Scotland has so much beauty it would be impossible not to even in any weather
Too right!
Can someone else drive the motorhome? Then you could ride the bike! Peace and quiet all journey
No fun riding the bike on the A82 at this time of year: it’s all clogged up with motorhomes…

Dawsy I don’t drive any way. But have been told i must accompany my son in the Transit van as company. Still only a week. And i am working on getting the 400 in the back to use when we are there. And as he is a biker i m sure i can swing it.

Sorry mate i am only doing what i am told.
Planning my routes to Aix-les-Bains, France in a months time.
More pictures of food and great views? Yes please!
And perhaps even a picture with another forum member in it…
If they have to I suppose
who could that be ?
we have to find avatars like @BrownMouse . I’ll logically go for a frog.
I’d probably have a tulip - or a clog…
