The screen looks very smart Wim.
Helmut and I both have leave from work at the moment which is lovely. Last Friday until Sunday, we went to WSBK at Donington; it was a fantastic weekend with loads to see and do as always. I also met Ana Carrasco which was really nice - she looks small on TV but in real life is TINY! The weather was pretty chilly, but dry in the main at least . The new Kawasaki British Superteen class did not help my hankering for a ZX-4RR one little bit either .
Today we have had a spa day - or at least the bikes have . We have spent the whole day cleaning all five bikes which was long overdue, so they now look a lot better than they did…all ready to get bug spattered again when we go out tomorrow .
Just tried to explain the N+1 formula to Jefta - didn’t work…
I think she’s clever; if she admitted that it was a viable thing, then that would give you the green light to accumulate more… .
Cheers Steve. It just finishes the look off nicely, I think.
Which was exactly the idea… I’m rather taken by the look of @Andyc1 's KTM, but no joy I’m afraid…
A very hot cycle ride including sorting prescriptions for my Dad (IT issue notwithstanding). Up towards the Lakeland Fells.
Then a work mate called to pick up some old boots and gloves as he is getting back on a bike after Dave Day . Bought a Benelli 702:+1:
Had a nip into Barrow for the Festival of Transport, purely to see the bikes.
There were some beauties too😄
I have never seen one of these in the flesh before, a modern Brough
Some lovely bikes there. I have to say that the 90 degree cylinder angle on the modern ‘Broughs’ spoils their looks, but I still wouldn’t mind a go on one.
Yeah it doesn’t seem to fit with the rest of the bike. Wish I had one to sell though
Reminds me of the old male adage “don’t cross swords”
Looks like my mates MV Augusta
It was very tidy
I showed the picture to my mate Boris, it isn’t his but he thinks it’s a lad from Dalton
I grew up in Dalton, probably know him.
I wonder how many if any were actually ridden there
I know that fugly BMW K1 was, as I saw it leaving but fair point about the others.
