…and counting.
Oh, yes. Definitely
Probably quite different for the route you’re considering, but definitely not the case for Plymouth-Santander or Roscoff. Even pre-booking in the past I’ve had to change plans because they’re not accepting any more bikes on the dates I wanted. I assume they set a limit to how many “tie-down” positions they have.
That’s interesting to know. What’s on peak and what’s off peak is also a good question? Is mid week better than weekend or vice versa I wonder
yes Aix les Bains is my area. Looks like I’ve missed an occasion to ride 200 km and have a drink with you.
For your next trip if you are around please let me know. I’d be happy to meet that enigmatic little brown mouse.
Lee is a top man. Is he servicing bikes with TFT screens yet?
Aix les Bains is a beautiful area, enjoy.
I don’t know I am afraid, I’ve not got a bike with a TFT screen so have never thought to enquire!
Spent some of today re-re-re…adjusting the carbs on the GS750. I dropped the needles one notch, cos it was bogging around 60mph after I replaced the main jet with the larger ones, seems like its getting close…
I have today been sitting in the wonderful sunshine in my garden. A very lazy day doing nothing…
I might go to a ride this afternoon.
Busy yesterday doing a changeover at the holiday cottage. There was a beautiful sunset over the river.
We got home very late, so I couldn’t get up early enough this morning for my planned long ride, so I just went for a bit of a bimble round the coast this afternoon. (Long ride postponed to early next week.) There was a nice view of Glencaple at low tide:
In work today but when I got home this little fellah was on the drive looking a bit under the weather
Give him some water and a slug, yummy, and he perked up a bit. Last seen in neighbours garden
Then had a scratch around the smaller roads in the Lakes on my mates V Strom 250, him on his Versys 300, while the plebs were watching football.
It’s ugly as f*** but what a riot! Handles well enough and not too fast to get into trouble
Recovering from my week end.
Concert in Lyon with my Soundgarden tribute.
We ended after the gig talking with real grunge fans from Ukraine, Italy, UK. Very nice moment.
Playing loud is like riding a motorcycle, will do it as long as I can (without being too ridiculous)
You are living the dream.
Super cool!
The little guy on my left, in addition of being a huge musician is my son.
We share some time in that band.
He never wants to be on the picture, but there he couldn’t refuse.
On Friday wife received her brand new cie car.
Our first drive was to join friends at the restaurant. We put the garbage bags in the boot to put in garbage containers on the way… Guess what…
This morning after a very warm week end, my wife took her car, and the smell immediately reminds her we forgot the container stop on friday…
That nice new car smell didn’t lasted long
As the weather is sh@te I fitted a flyscreen and tankpad to the mrs. Trident.
As Triumph are charging €155 to €255 for the flyscreen, depending on the required colour, I decided to take a punt and order one from China for just €33. Great colour match and fit. I’m happy (and more importantly, the mrs. is ) with that!
