That’s on Mull island. Tobermory is very nice. The distillery, coloured house, the church that is now a pub.

Ive never been to Mull.
A month ago I bought a bottle of their Tobermory Gin, as a gift, when a colleague took me Clay Pidgeon Shooting. Must ask if its any good.
I had a couple of Oban 14. Single Malts, on Saturday night, and that was very nice indeed.
Allen Millyard’s Norton rebuild videos are about the most relaxing videos on YouTube!! That gently ticking clock, a bit of home baking and his laid back presentation… excellent.

It was in the Royal Oak in Cartmel… yeah, same sort of stuff… from That’s alright mama, to Creep… via stuff like No more heroes, Highway to hell & The snake.
(The band stuff all went a bit tits up following Covid, not quite getting going at full steam again yet… but we’re getting there)

Today I’ve been starting final prep for the big tour I start next week.
Bike got a good clean (may as well start off looking shiney 
) and I swapped numberplate for the original that has space for a UK sticker. I also topped up the oil to a smidgeon above max, it will probably be below minimum before I get home. Maybe @Hubaxe has a couple of hundred ml left over I can pinch when I get there 
(Having a sight glass for checking oil level is a real pain as it makes checking a 2 person job.)
To make my copious luggage a bit smaller I also just ordered an AeroPress to replace the cafetière (I’m not riding anywhere in the morning without a coffee or two in me. 
)

Trying to work out how this App works…!
We are off on a road trip from tomorrow and a few friends have used this so that they can have family follow them .
