I’ve started following this guy Triumph Tiger, Terrible Tick-Over! If you can’t fix it, it’s gotta go! (Part 1)
His channel is superbike surgery ltd and he does some great explanations along with the fixes.
There seems to be little that he doesn’t know about carbs, injectors and ignition systems and he’s just done a tiger 955i.
Can tell winter’s here, started wasting time on YouTube

Been looking through these guys vids, I confess largely because they live in my neck of the woods. A lot of gadget and BMW biased stuff, but some sensible touring and riding advice too. A mildly entertaining double act, both guys are ROSPA/IAM, so no wheelie merchants here.
I don’t actively follow anyone on YouTube, but tune in every day for a look at what is on - usually music, guitar lessons, motorbikes, cars, film reviews and the odd political comment… especially if it is poking fun at our idiot leaders!
I have been watching Allen Millyard rebuilding the Norton Nemesis V8 - by Episode 15 he had the engine in and running, but it has been over a month since that episode… I hope something hasn’t gone wrong with the build!!
I’ve been following that too and keep expecting the next video to pop up. Hopefully soon!
Me too. Allen as usual doing a fine job. But some of those original design ideas were laughable, eg front tyre change anyone?
I think Nemesis makes an appearance on next weeks The Bike Show too.
Episode 3 of the new series of The Motorbike Show, and they have the Nemesis on.
Allen Millyard test rode it, but it was rough, and when he got back to the workshop it was spitting oil out of the exhaust. Not good, I wonder if that is why there has been no Episode 16 on his YouTube channel…
Poor Allen looked really fed up for the rest of the show!
Episode 16 has arrived on YouTube - engine troubles and an injured back.
