On Saturday, I’ve been to Orange (south of France) to see the unique french date of Jamiroquai.
It was in the Antique theatre. Impressive place !
The band did really well, Jay K was very good. To be honest, much better than I expected. They played mostly the old tunes from the 90s and 2 new songs. Very nice evening indeed.
You gonna learn some of the bass lines? 
You may know I’m playing in a Jamiroquai Tribute band… and happy not to be the bass player 
It’s hands down the toughest job in the band.
Yeah, but what a good groove to nail… if I’m alone in the kitchen cooking, I’ll often put on Jamiroquai and get the funk out, makes tasks into pleasure!

An old friend of mine once said that the best way cook salmon was to put it on a piece of oak board, season it and place it in the oven .
Cook for about 20 minutes,
Take it out, throw away the fish and eat the board. I have to agree.

Today I have mostly been…taking painkillers for toothache after being woken up at 4am so no riding for me today. I have managed to get an appointment in the torture chair on Friday and have also found an old friend who offered me loads of sympathy, which some may remember from my corrosion tests I did on the “other” forum before all my posts were deleted

I was going to take the day off work for a ride, but didn’t 
I did however go in at 7 as usual, got a few bits and pieces done, out by 9ish, bite to eat, geared up and on the road by 10
Headed south and over the boarder for a play in Ireland, love it there, endless empty twistys.
There are so many lakes in this area, went to Cavan. Total of 190 miles and about 25c, hot enough, any more starts to get uncomfortable.
I definitely need that new rear tyre now
