Today I have mostly been

Hmmm…not quite my physique.

I thought you’d be more likely to complain that it isn’t your tartan.

And the man in the picture seems to have a normal size chanter but unusually small drones.

Is that a euphemism?

Certainly not. I was referring purely to the unusual dimensions of his instrument.

Listening to Vivaldi and getting on with getting on… a 70s AMF FLH, I will probably buy one of these :smirk:

All done. There’s a ton of stuff on there but we haven’t added anything recently so good to keep it going.

If anyone heads off somewhere and wants to recommend it to other forum members by adding it to the map just let me know in the post or PM separately.

Today I had confirmation that I will receive the £600 winter fuel allowance this year. I’ve told SWMBO she can have the heating on whenever she wants, on a date of her choice, for no more than 30 minutes. Am I being over generous?

Blimey, you’re setting a high bar for the rest of us, there.

This evening I’ve been to see John McGuiness and James Whitham doing their Bikes and Banter night.
What an amazing show.
James is a brilliant and funny host and John has some hilarious and rude stories.
A fantastic night.
Johns commentary about his Isle of Man lap is out standing. If you get a chance to go and see them, it’s worth every penny. A great night.

An old Specialized Enduro (26”) many years old… yeah Grizedale… been riding it since about 1980 summat… used to live round there, so when Gary Fisher et al were doing their thing… I was riding the fire tracks on an old 3 speed Triumph TrafficMaster… they would probably call it a gravel bike these days

Saw UFO at a music venue in Southampton in 2015 called The Brook, basically a converted pub with an upper gallery. Imagine the volume! :sunglasses:

(Not my photos and not UFO)

After some cycle maintenance in the garage yesterday I decided I would take out my MTB for the first time in about 3years. Forgot how much harder they are to pedal!

Glorious day in South Cumbria today and it was great fun getting muddy! I don’t want to grow up
